These terms cover two things: how you may use this website, and a short summary of how our quotes and jobs work. They are written in plain words. Your written quote sets out the detail for your own job, and it is the document that counts for that job.

Using this website
- The information here is general guidance. It is not a quote, a survey or technical advice for your particular roof. Every roof differs, so we confirm details at survey.
- Regulations and product details change. We take care to keep the site accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or up to date.
- The text, images and design belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy them for another business.
- Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for what they contain.
- Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending harmful code or trying to gain unauthorised access.
How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
How quotes and jobs work
This is a summary. The written quote for your job is the full record.
- Survey and quote. We survey your roof and give you a fixed written quote. It describes the work, the products and the access arrangements.
- The access plan. Each quote includes an access plan, which sets out how we will reach the roof and protect your home while we work.
- The work. We carry out the work described in the quote. Where the work needs Building Control notification, we handle it.
- Changes. If you want something different, or we find something at the roof that changes the work, we agree it with you in writing before we go ahead. That includes any change to the price.
- Payment. Payment terms are set out in each written quote.
Your right to cancel
If you make a contract with us away from our business premises, which includes a contract agreed at your home, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 normally give you the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason. Where this applies, we will give you the cancellation information and a way to cancel with your quote. If you ask us to begin work during the cancellation period, you may be asked to pay for work already done if you then cancel. If you are unsure whether the right applies to you, contact us before signing.
Our responsibility to you
We will carry out the work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of a breach on our part, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather that prevents safe working. The website is general information and should not be used as a substitute for a survey.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, please follow our complaints procedure.
Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. A job is governed by the written quote agreed for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
